Some things in life are free… and one of those is an estimate from us for your Radon issues. We provide a free written estimate for you and we guarantee our work will correct any issues you have with Radon. Your Radon issue is not a problem for us... we are the answer people! EPA guidelines state that Radon needs to be 3.9 pCi/L or lower. RS4U can get the reading down to 2.0 or lower after we install a system and it’s running. We can eliminate between 80% to 95% of the Radon in any given home.

Our standard warranty to you is a two year parts and labor warranty.

Optional Extended Warranty:

You may purchase a additional two year extended warranty for 10% of the original bid estimate. (minimum price of a extended warranty is $150.00)  Our extended warranty must be bought by the end of the eleventh month of the original warranty for it to be valid.  With our extended warranty we also provide you with another radon test at the beginning of the one year eleventh month time period. This meets the EPA guideline that states - all homes should be tested (system present or not ) at least once, every two years for Radon gas. If any issues come up with the system or Radon level during the  warranty time period we will correct it at no cost to you.
